During the injection molding process, the plastic in the mold will quickly cool and solidify due to contact with cooling water or cooling gas. The control of this process will directly affect the dimensional stability and appearance quality of the product. To ensure the uniformity of cooling, measures such as increasing cooling channels, adjusting cooling water flow rate and temperature can be taken. At the same time, it is necessary to choose the appropriate cooling time and method based on different plastic materials and product sizes to achieve the appropriate cooling effect.

Ejection demolding is the next step in the injection molding process. After the plastic has cooled and solidified, the product needs to be removed from the mold. This process requires attention to the temperature of the mold, the use of lubricant on the mold surface, and the control of demolding force. A low mold temperature may cause the product to adhere to the mold, while a high temperature can cause the product to deform. Meanwhile, the use of lubricants can reduce friction between the product and the mold, helping to facilitate smooth demolding. In addition, controlling the magnitude of the demolding force is also very important, as excessive demolding force may damage the product or mold.

Finally, there is post-processing. This includes removing any burrs, residues, etc. that may exist on the product, and performing surface treatment, assembly, and other processes. The quality of post-processing will also directly affect the quality of the final product. When conducting post-processing, it is necessary to pay attention to selecting suitable process equipment and parameters, and operate according to operating procedures.
