1. If the temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease. When the injection molding temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease and leakage will be added. At this point, the volumetric power of the pump and the power of the entire system will also significantly decrease. If the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film of moving parts such as slide valves will become thinner or cut, friction resistance will increase, and wear phenomenon will increase.




2. Accelerate oil oxidation and transformation: Excessive heating during injection molding can accelerate oil oxidation and transformation, analyze asphalt substances, reduce the service life of hydraulic oil, and analyze substances that can block damping holes and gap valves, causing pressure valves to get stuck, metal pipelines to elongate, twist, and even crack.




3. Causes poor quality of injection molding parts: Excessive heating during injection molding processing can lead to poor quality of injection molding parts, oil dissolved air escaping, air pockets appearing, and a decrease in the operational performance of the hydraulic system.




4. Mechanical thermal deformation: Components with different thermal expansion coefficients in hydraulic components should be combined with practice, leading to operational failures, seriously affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and resulting in poor quality of injection molded parts.




5. Excessive injection molding temperature can cause deformation of rubber seals, accelerate aging and failure, reduce the service life of sealing performance, and cause leakage.
