Injection molds generally require six trial runs, including TO/T1/T2/T3/PP/MP, each with a different purpose.

T0 trial mold is mainly used to test the structure of injection molds, T1 and T2 trial molds are used to test product dimensions and evaluate product appearance, T3 trial mold is used to test the feasibility of mass production of molds, PP small batch trial mold, MP initial mass production, mainly to test whether injection molds meet mass production requirements, and to determine important management projects for quantitative production. The six stages of injection mold trial are indispensable and interrelated, and problems can be detected in a timely manner through trial molding. And promptly make corrections to eliminate errors. Only when all the trial evaluations are passed, does it mean the end of the mold manufacturing stage.
