2) Milling machine processing: The fitter processes according to the plastic mold workpiece diagram or the arrangement diagram provided by the engineer, drilling water holes, threading holes, drilling and tapping screw tooth holes, drilling and reaming top needle holes, roughening the forming area, and numbering the plastic mold;
3) CNC machining of plastic mold injection molding: If CNC rough machining is required for plastic mold workpieces, arrange CNC for rough machining;
4) Heat treatment processing: Pay attention to specifying the hardness requirements;
5) Grinding machine processing for plastic mold injection molding: If the part formed by the grinding machine must be ground into shape;
6) CNC precision machining of plastic mold injection molding. For workpieces that require CNC precision machining, arrange for precision machining. If the embedded parts have fonts and mold numbers, they need to be engraved;
7) If CNC precision machining is required for workpieces, wire cutting processing includes machining insert holes, inclined top holes, top pin holes, etc;
8) Electrical discharge machining of plastic mold injection molding: single processing according to drawings and pulse instructions;
9) Polishing processing of plastic mold injection molding: specify the roughness and requirements of polishing on the process flow card, mark the polishing area with a marker pen on the plastic mold workpiece, and special polishing requirements need to be specified;
