1Exhaust injection molding

Exhaust injection molding: The main purpose of exhaust is to provide an opportunity for the gas generated during the cooling and solidification process of plastics to be discharged. If these gases cannot be discharged from the mold cavity, it will cause incomplete products or the generation of bubbles.

Principle of exhaust injection molding: When the injection volume reaches 80% -95%, injection molding is paused; Open the mold about 0.1-0.2mm to discharge gas; Close the mold again and continue the injection molding process.

Advantages: Exhaust injection molding uses lower injection pressure, allowing for injection molding of larger products with lower locking forces.

2Water assisted injection molding

Water assisted injection molding technology is an advanced injection molding technology that injects a portion of the melt into the injection mold cavity and injects high-pressure water into the melt through equipment to shape the parts.

Benefit: Due to the incompressibility of water, it squeezes the inner wall of the product into a cavity, and water also plays a role in rapid cooling. Therefore, water assisted injection molding has many advantages that gas assisted injection molding cannot match. Water assisted injection molding can generate thinner and more uniform cavity walls, and the inner wall surface of the flow channel is very smooth. Especially for workpieces with thick walls, water assisted injection molding requires less cooling time compared to gas assisted molding.

3Compression injection molding

Compression injection molding is one of the advanced forms of traditional injection molding.

Principle: Compression injection molding first injects molten material into the mold cavity, and when the molten material enters the mold cavity. The mold opens a certain gap under a certain pressure; After the molten material fills the mold cavity, the product is obtained by high-pressure locking the injection mold. During molding, the screw no longer injects molten plastic into the mold cavity, but instead uses a high-pressure locking mold to press Lf onto the plastic for molding. The compressed injection molded product has a smaller orientation and lower internal stress. This method is particularly suitable for products with small molding volume and high transparency requirements;
