1. Select suitable molding equipment for plastic mold processing and confirm reasonable process conditions. If the injection molding machine is too small, it cannot meet the requirements. If it is too large, it is a waste of energy, and it may damage the injection mold or template due to improper adjustment of the clamping force, which in turn reduces efficiency. When selecting an injection machine, it should be checked according to the maximum injection volume, effective distance of the pull rod, scale of the injection mold device on the template, maximum and minimum mold thickness, template stroke, ejection method, ejection stroke, injection pressure, and clamping force. Only after meeting the requirements can it be used.

2. After installing the injection molding machine on the injection mold, the plastic shell injection molding process needs to first perform empty mold operation. Investigate whether the operation of each part is sensitive, whether there are any abnormal phenomena, whether the ejection stroke and opening stroke are in place, whether the mold surface is tight during mold closing, and whether the pressure plate screws are tightened.

3. When using injection molds, it is necessary to adhere to normal temperatures and avoid sudden changes in temperature. Working at normal temperatures can extend the service life of injection molds.
