Due to the large height difference and numerous muscles in the plastic parts of the automotive dashboard, in order to prevent difficulties in filling the dynamic mold mesh area and vacuum adsorption, the top pins of the plastic mesh area were reasonably configured, and the gap between the top pins and the dynamic mold was used to exhaust gas, solving the problems of forming and demolding in the dynamic mold mesh area.
