When customizing the mold, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the product's functional and dimensional requirements. In addition, when customizing the mold, shrinkage needs to be added, and compensation calculations need to be made on the mold in areas where deformation may occur or areas with large shrinkage. In the early stage, it is advisable to plan to reserve steel positions.

Sometimes, after T0 trial molding, products may produce surface flow marks, shrinkage marks, insufficient filling, silver lines, obvious bonding lines, trapped air, and other phenomena. So before customizing the mold, it is necessary to conduct a mold flow analysis to identify these issues in advance and make improvements.
